Cookies and local storage are small files a website keeps in your browser so it can remember things like your sign-in or your choices.

• Your sign-in, so you stay signed in.
• Your choice of language and currency. If you pick a language yourself, it is kept in a small cookie (meluvo_lang) for up to a year, so the site shows in your language straight away.
• Your cookie choice, so we don't ask again.
• Robot check for guests: when you take the quiz without signing in, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you're human. Afterwards we keep a small cookie (meluvo_human) for up to 12 hours so you aren't asked again. It only holds an encoded version of your IP address and is only used to keep robots out.
• Your quiz in progress and latest trip suggestions, so you don't lose them.
• Extra ideas for older trips, so they don't need to be worked out again.

This information stays in your browser and is only used to make Wayoop work.

If you accept in our cookie banner, Wayoop loads a script from Travelpayouts that tags our partner links and may set cookies, so we can earn a commission when you book. If you decline, the script is not loaded. When you click a flight or hotel link, you are sent via Travelpayouts to Aviasales or Booking.com, and their own cookie policies apply on their sites.

We store your choice in your browser together with the time and the version of the text you saw. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of the page. Cookies Travelpayouts has already set can be deleted in your browser.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and destination photos from Wikipedia/Wikimedia. When they load, these services see your IP address.

If you sign in with Google or Apple, their cookies apply during sign-in.

You can delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. If you do, you will be signed out and your quiz in progress will be lost.
